Challenge
In order to sell subscriptions to their complex commercial property search tool, CoStar needed to educate sales reps about the tool's functionality. Fatfree was asked to create an online tutorial.
Solution
In lieu of a traditional tutorial, Fatfree suggested a live guide interacting with the tool and walking users through its many features. We shot an actor on a green screen and then placed her over appropriate screens within the demo. Human interaction within the demo made the tool much less daunting.
