Our partnership with Roche to support their leading diabetes care brand has included comprehensive development, content, design and maintenance for nearly 11 years.
A year after a successful online launch, Fatfree leveraged insights from consumer behavior to create a new slim-yet-informative, responsive site that conveys the system’s simplicity.
Our launch of this combination insulin pump and diabetes meter carefully balanced messages about advanced technology and personal freedom. The site continues to evolve as new content and promotions are brought to the fore.
Fatfree created a library of more than 400 consumer education articles, with new content added each month. As platforms and user expectations changed, our content calendars evolved to give Accu-Chek users the information they needed, wherever they were. We kept Facebook, Twitter and the Accu-Chek dLink blog fresh by building relationships with bloggers and influencers in the diabetes care space and creating content that showed the brand’s understanding and sensitivity to people with diabetes.
To help consumers and physicians understand the value of a fully integrated blood glucose monitoring and data management system, Fatfree created more than a dozen live-action and motion graphics videos.
Every day, our team checks in with our Roche partners to update, augment, troubleshoot and fine-tune their many online properties. When a new global brand look is introduced, or a product positioning shifts, we set to work, redressing designs and content as needed.
